Chip Sanders

President

Chip Sanders founded Sanders Commercial in 2010. He earned a degree in Business/Economics in 2000 and a Masters in Biblical Exegesis in 2004 from Wheaton College. Chip began his career as a credit analyst for a commercial real estate financing institution, then managed operations for a leasing and management firm focused on office and medical real estate. He leverages his experience by equipping Sanders Commercial’s property managers to provide the best possible service to our clients. Chip enjoys the challenge of creating customized solutions for each property’s unique needs and designing processes that optimize accuracy and effectiveness. Chip and his wife enjoy their full life with six kids at home and are always planning their next adventure to a western National Park.

Bethany Opdyke

Accounting Manager

Bethany joined Sanders Commercial in May 2011. Bethany graduated from Wheaton College in 2013 with degrees in Business/Economics and Spanish. Bethany invests her passion for numbers into overseeing Sanders Commercial’s accounting procedures and ensuring that clients have the critical financial information they need for their properties. Bethany and her husband love to explore local restaurants, long walks around town with their daughter, and whipping up new dishes in the kitchen.

Max Carey

Property Manager

Max graduated from Wheaton College in 2017 with a degree in Business/Economics and joined Sanders Commercial later that year. Max takes pride in fostering strong tenant relationships, implementing timely and cost-effective project management, and developing and executing portfolio budgets. Max is an avid soccer fan and spends his weekends watching the English Premier League and playing soccer with fellow Wheaton College Alumni. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and visiting family across the world.

Ryan Lorimer

Property Manager

Ryan joined Sanders Commercial in March of 2019. He is a 2009 graduate of Taylor University with a degree in Biblical Literature. His meticulous and detail-oriented personality make him an ideal fit for sifting through leases, analyzing lengthy property documents and creating property budgets. Ryan and his wife welcomed their first child in 2018. Having spent several years living in the mountains of Wyoming, he still enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, running, kayaking, and rock climbing.
